Shipping Policy

Shipping charges:

A shipping charge of Rs. 40 will be applicable for the <=INR400 and rest all would be free shipping

Packing:

  • We packages our product in good looking, nice boxes and Colorful envelope which are properly bubble wrapped
  • There is no making Or product description when the product deliver you making it safe to be ordered from anywhere

Shipping Time:

  • We process and dispatch Your order within 72 hrs. From the date of transaction completed in prepaid mode. In case of Cash on Delivery mode we need you to verify your order. Instruction on how to verify Your COD order is given at the time of placing order.
  • We try our best to deliver the major orders in major cities in next 2 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch and 4 to 7 Business days for the rest of the locations. You can track your orders online once it dispatched from our end

Mandatory Points need to check:

  1. In few cases if we failed to deliver the product be assured that You will not charge for the item in  case Cash on delivery mode, or the full amount refunded in case of any online payment mode done
  2. In few cases if we failed to ship your complete order within Given time line of dispatch, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped order and send you an email informing you about same. In such cases, Your payment against the unshipped part of the order  shall be refunded in your online payment mode which will be furnished by you separately to us or shall provide you cheque as per your convenient

If you believe that the package is tempered you received or in damaged condition, Please don’t accept that parcel and call us at the customer support number or write us an email mentioning Your order Number . We shall make our best effort ensure you to get the fresh goods in properly condition deliver you at earliest

Return and Exchange Policy

At Lovzme.com we have very user friendly and hassle free Return and Exchange Policy. If you are not fully satisfied with our Products or service our returns and exchange Policy allow you to returns goods within 15 days post-delivery. We’ll immediately provide you resolution either return of Refund against Your purchases. If it’s passed in Quality checking process

Process to return a Product:

  1. Simply place fresh,Unworn,Unwashed goods with all tags attached in the original packaging.
  2. Wrap it in Bubble sheet to secure the product box and product inside. Enclose your invoice inside
  3. We arrange reverse pick-ups form major location but due to remote area at few location reverse pickups services are not available please call us at +91-22-28383581 / 82 or write us at support@Lovzme.com to check if your pin code is serviceable at Your pin code for the reverse pick-ups
  4. In few cases if the reverse pick-ups is not possible simply courier us your goods to our address. Enclose the courier receipt to get the refund for the courier charges
  5. In either case, Please also enclose any Lovzme Collectible free Gifts or Free beige you received with Your orders

What Value We refund:

  1. The refund Value calculated equal to the Final Amount paid by you (After discount) at the time of Transaction
  2. In applicable cases Courier charges will be added to the refund Value

What are the Items/goods that can be returned?

  1. We don’t accept the Intimate Apparels likes, Briefs, Panties or shape wear Panties or an open box of a Lingerie’s set including Panties
  2. We don’t refund cash against the gift cards
  3. If any item sold in Combo/Multipacking can’t be returns as an individual
  4. Item sold under any sales/Promotions/Promo-codes/Using credit coupon can’t be return
  5. Once we received the return goods we reserve the rights to refuse the returns of item which failed in Quality check process

Duration for Exchange/refund of issuing a credit:

  1. We first received the Return goods in our warehouse. Once received it will take us minimum 14 days to process Exchange/Refund via the original payment method or issuing a credit in to your wallet

In case of refund or credit being issued for other reasons. We will take minimum 21 days from the date of receipt of request from the customer
